We are committed to customer service. We treat you the way we would want to be treated.  We generally ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. We use FedEx for all shipments. We have a special agreement with FedEx that allows us to offer you lower FedEx shipping rates. We provide a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped and we offer free shipping for orders over $200 in the contiguous United States.
