1. General Return Terms
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped and tracking information has been provided.
Products purchased from the Sale or Discount section are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please note: Food products delivered in proper condition and matching the order are not eligible for return.
2. Perishable Food Items
Perishable food items that arrive in proper condition are non-returnable.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refunds or replacements may be approved only after verification of the defect or damage.
- No refund will be issued for perishable items returned as undeliverable.
3. Non-Perishable Food Items
Non-perishable food products delivered in proper condition are also non-returnable.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@russiantable.com.
- Refunds or replacements are subject to confirmation of the issue.
- Returned packages marked as undeliverable are not eligible for refund.
4. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping:
- Take clear photos of both the packaging and damaged item(s).
- Send the photos and order details to info@russiantable.com within 24 hours of delivery.
We will submit an insurance claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
5. Return Request Information
To process a return or claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Delivery date
- Description of the item’s condition
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Detailed explanation of the problem
- Preferred solution (refund or replacement)
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.
If the return is the result of our mistake (such as shipping the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please allow up to 10 business days for refund processing after the returned package is received. Depending on your bank, additional processing time of 5–7 business days may apply.
7. Non-Eligible Returns
Returns or refunds will not be approved if:
- The request is submitted after the allowed reporting period.
- No evidence of damage or defect is provided.
- The issue resulted from an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer.
- The package was reported stolen after confirmed delivery.
8. Transfer of Responsibility
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss occurring during transit.
