Composition: Black tea, herb St. John's wort, thyme, oregano, ivan tea, currant leaf, mallow flowers.
 
Put 1 teaspoon of herbal tea in a cup or teapot, pour 250-300 ml of boiling water, insist for 10-15 minutes. The drink should be drunk hot as a regular tea.
To taste, you can sweeten the drink with honey.
