Description
Linseed oil is manufactured by the method of cold pressing from flax seeds grown in the Altai. This technology allows to preserve all the nutrients contained in Flaxseed.
Linseed oil contains:
- Omega-3 and Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids that are not synthesized in the human body and it is extremely important to get them every day in a sufficient amount and balanced composition;
- B vitamins
- vitamin E
- vitamin C
It should be noted that there is much more Omega-3 in linseed oil than in fish oil.
Uses:
- Take 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day.
- Linseed oil can be used in cooking. Linseed oil can be added to salads, sprinkled on cereal and cottage cheese, used in sauces, mixed with mayonnaise and sour cream, without the oil heat treatment. The taste of the oil has a distinctive note of herbal bitterness that grows stronger when storing after opening. This is due to the high content of omega 3.
