Ingredients:
normalized pasteurized milk (using a starter culture based on lactic acid mesophilic and thermophilic bacteria); salt, potassium ferrocyanide; natural dye - annatto (contains food additives- annatto extract, acidity regulator - potassium hydroxide). Technological additives: sealer- calcium chloride, preservative- sodium nitrate, enzyme preparation of animal origin- pepsin, chymosin. May contain traces of lysozyme.
